William P. Weininger
Bill Weininger is a graduate of the Duke University School of Law. He began his career as a homicide prosecutor in Kings County, New York, and has continued to successfully try many civil cases in the courts of New York City, Long Island, and the Hudson Valley. He cites his successful appeal to the United States Supreme Court in the case of Klayminc v. United States as one of the highlights of his career thus far.
